Packaging management in an order

A new type of packaging product has been created. It is possible to configure whether this packaging is returnable, its internal and external dimensions, the minimum and maximum weights it can support, and finally its packaging level (box, pallet, or container).

A “Packaging” tab has also been added to the order form, allowing users to run a simulation that calculates the estimated packaging for their products. The system will suggest the optimal packaging that requires the fewest possible boxes, and will do the same for pallet-type packaging.

Product data sheet for chemistry (CLP)

A new safety tab on the product page allows you to enter all the information regarding the handling and transport of the product.

Required document

A new “Required Document” object, accessible from the Documents menu, allows you to create documents and link them to an object (Product, Purchase Order, Manufacturing Order). You can then track their status (available, obsolete) and download them as a ZIP file to attach to an order, for example.

Map view creation assistant

Easily create new cards in the ERP using a Low Code configurator. Additionally, it’s possible to associate a form view that will automatically open from a card when a user double-clicks a popup.

• Partial validation of order lines

It is now possible to enable a configuration that separates the workflow of quotes and sales orders in order to select only certain lines in a quote. This way, it is possible to generate multiple orders from a single quote.

Suppliers – Management of Free Shipping Thresholds

Free shipping thresholds can now be configured for suppliers, similar to how they are managed for customers.

Stock Movements – Splitting Customer Delivery Lines

Delivery note lines can now be split between quantities that will be shipped immediately and those that will be shipped later. This feature also extends to the mobile app, allowing for staged picking.

Employee Portal – New Menu Entries for Easier Request Management

The “My HR” menu structure has been revamped to provide quick access to ongoing requests.

Leave Request – Display of Available Leave at the Request Date

Employees can now see their available leave balance at the request’s end date, including accrued and validated leave.

SIRENE API – Automatic Retrieval of Company Information

Company details, such as name, address, employee size, VAT number, and industry classification (NAF code), can now be fetched automatically using the SIRENE API when creating or updating a business entity.

Task Status by Category

Available for projects, cases, and tasks, checklists allow users to create and validate project steps or processes. Templates are configurable and reusable.

Date formats and decimal separators are automatically populated based on selected country and language for user convenience.

Product API for Pricing

This API retrieves product sales prices for a given company, considering pricing lists and currencies, simplifying integration with e-commerce platforms and POS systems.

Data Sharing Repository

Define what data to share with third-party software to ensure controlled and selective data sharing.

Tag Model

A standardized tagging system replaces previous variations, simplifying cross-data analysis.

Expense Reports

Management of expense reports for external employees (such as freelancers). They will be able to submit expense claims directly through the tool. These expenses can, if necessary, be billed to the client via project-based invoicing.

Equipment and Client Fleet Management

Axelor now manages equipment, each of which can contain multiple items and is linked to an equipment family used for intervention management. It is also possible to manage a hierarchy of equipment.

This new functionality allows you to manage and track client fleets and visualize all equipment at a client’s location.

• Axelor enhances the traceability of tracking numbers with new tabs and tables for more precise and comprehensive management. Automatically trace the creation context (Purchase, Sale, Manual, Production, Inventory), including who created the number, when, and on which movement line.

Scheduled Times

• Simplified Deletion: Easily select and delete scheduled times directly from the project using a new feature on the scheduled times table.
• New Default Selection: Configure default values for scheduled times in the Project App per company, simplifying and limiting data entry.

Event Management

Automatic Event Creation for Scheduled Times: Enable automatic creation of events for scheduled times, with possible synchronization with Gmail or Outlook calendars if Gsuite or Office 365 modules are used.
